Julia Dallas, founder and principal consultant at Seattle HR Consultants, brings over two decades of expertise in Human Resources. Her journey began in 2000 with a technology start-up in the Bay Area, where she discovered her passion for HR. Since then, she has specialized in guiding both start-ups and established mid-sized organizations through strategic HR development and transformation.

Her extensive career encompasses a diverse range of industries, including Consulting, Creative Services, Education, FinTech, Financial Services, e-Commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, Research, Senior Care, Technology, and Logistics & Manufacturing. Julia has held HR leadership roles across non-profit, for-profit, VC and private equity-backed, founder-led, and employee-owned organizations.
